Return
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you return a product that is NOT defective and will NOT be purchasing another product there is a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. On items marked "Free Shipping", there will be an additional 15% charge for the initial shipment to cover shipping costs. The initial shipping cost paid will not be refunded. Products returned must be new and unused. If you wish to return a product please fill out our return form here.
Soiled and discontinued items may not be returned. Items not purchased from ProBowlingBalls.com
will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect to the customer.
Exchange
We have a 30 day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance to our warehouse. Any differences in price and shipping charges will be charged or credited accordingly. "FREE SHIPPING" only applies to new orders, not exchanges. On items marked "Free Shipping", there will be a 15% charge for the initial shipment. Products returned must be new and unused. Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us toll-free at 1-866-433-4493 and leave a voice mail message or send us a message at support@ProBowlingBalls.com. When you contact us, please refer to your order number.
Damaged Item Received
If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.
Contact the delivering carrier, UPS, FEDEX, or USPS if you discover a damaged product
after delivery. Keep all of the boxes or containers the order was received in. Notify ProBowingBalls.com
immediately of this damage to have the merchandise replaced and for the damaged claim credit
to be processed. Email us at support@ProBowlingBalls.com with a description of the damage and photos of the ball
(and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you).
Shortages and/or damaged shipment claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.
