Q. How do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items.
Accessories and other light weight items have a minimum shipping/handling charge of $5.95 if purchased separately.
Examples:
A towel purchased separately is $5.95 for UPS ground.
A 12 lb ball purchased separately is $14.20 for UPS ground.
A towel and a 12 lb ball is $14.39 for UPS ground.

Q. When will you ship my order?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. 95% of the time your order will be
shipped the same day if placed before 11am EST on a regular business day.
Orders placed after 11am EST on a Friday will be shipped out the following
Monday.
* If there is a delay of more three Business Days, we
will notify you by phone or email. If you have selected an express shipping
method, we will notify you right away.
To guarantee on time delivery for Next, 2nd or 3rd day, orders must be
received by 11am Eastern Standard Time. When choosing an express option,
please note that weekends, holidays and the day that the product ships do
not count as transit time.
(UPS 3 day select) Example: Order placed after 11am EST on Monday, the
order will go out on Tuesday. Wednesday is the 1st day, Thursday is the 2nd
and Friday is the 3rd (package arrives).
Q. When will I receive my tracking number?
A. Your tracking number will be entered into our order system after
shipment.
You can find it on your Orders page when you log in.
Q. I don't have my tracking number. How do I get it?
A. Please call or email us.
Q. Can an order be shipped to a different address?
A. Yes, you may have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address.
CHECKING MY ORDER STATUS
Log into your account and click "view" next to your order. If your order has shipped
you will see a tracking number. You can go to the UPS website to track the shipment.
